Hey beautiful,
Your grandma read my tarot cards tonight, according to her, your dad and I are going to be fine. The house will need a general home maintenance guy to fix everything and it should be sold by February or March next year.
Your dad is going to have to deal with some legal documents (weird how yesterday he lost his license! or will be anyway, he'll have to go through the courts to keep it)
Oh, and I have to focus on me, otherwise I will "lose it!"
