My Princess, you are beautiful! You are finally out of the lights, dressed in clothes and in a cot! You made my heart jump though! When I came around the corner of your room and I didn't see your isolette and said to the girl, "I'm Princess' mum" she replied, "This is Princess!" I felt so stupid but you looked so different!
You had a little woolen beanie on, a pink jumpsuit and blankets everywhere. I changed your nappy and was proud as to put you into your own clothes and blankets, you looked absolutely gorgeous.
I then breastfed you which was so nice, it was so good to finally hold you and breastfeeding is so much better than expressing. Now the lights are off you need to finish your antibiotics, keep your Billy Reuben countdown, then you can come home!
